Helena trained at the International School of  Screen Acting in London and works as an actress and voice over artist, based in London and Stockholm.

She has worked on TV productions like

”Vikings”, "The Northman", "The Last Kingdom", ”Finaste Familjen” and portrayed  lead roles on stage in ”The Seagull” by Anton Tjechov and ”Miss Julie” by August Strindberg.

Helena is highly trained in song and dance, with a musical theatre background. 

She is also highly trained in archery and  screen combat: Rapier &  Dagger, Swashbuckling, Unarmed and Basic Firearms  Handling by the British Association of Stage  and Screen Combat (BASSC).
